Information we process

Red Point Engineering processes the account information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, organization and group membership, and security preferences. For SMS features, we also retain the number that received consent, the consent timestamp, phone-verification status, alert assignments, and limited delivery or failure metadata.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, enforce organization and group access, verify phone ownership, deliver requested operational alerts, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain security and audit records.

SMS privacy

When you opt in to text alerts, Rapid Drone Defense collects your mobile number, the date and time of consent, phone-verification status, and the Views or geofenced areas whose alerts you asked to receive. We use this information only to verify the number, send the requested drone awareness alerts, provide support, and maintain security and compliance records.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process only the data needed to deliver and support Rapid Drone Defense messages on our behalf; they may not use it for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies according to your subscribed Views, geofenced areas, and alert activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention and protection

Verification codes expire quickly and are stored only as one-way hashes. Your mobile number, consent timestamp, and verification record remain associated with the current number until you change it, opt out, request deletion, or the account is removed, except where a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We use access controls, encryption, short-lived workload credentials, and audit logging to protect the data.

Your choices

You may change your mobile number from Settings. Reply STOP to an SMS to opt out, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. See the Terms of Service for messaging details.
